We work tirelessly towards making our customers happy with what they buy. But if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us help you with a replacement, return, or repair.
We Are Happy to Exchange Your Order
Issues like minor size alterations or a damaged button/zipper can be fixed without any hassle. If that doesn't work for you, we’re happy to find another solution.
Possible Solutions
We kindly ask for a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue. Drift Jackets Australia will decide whether to:
- Provide a replacement that is identical or of similar value
- Repair the product within a reasonable time
- Issue a refund
The consumer’s rights to a remedy also apply to the replacement product.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Reach out to us within 10 days of delivery at info@driftjackets.com.au and describe the issue. Our team will resolve it within 7–10 working days.
We may exchange an item for a different size if the desired size is in stock.
Make sure the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which vary by location. Please include an Australia Post satchel for return postage.
Non-Returnable Items
You cannot return or exchange an item if:
- It is not in its original condition
- It was customized by size, style, or fabric
- It has stains, strong odors, or signs of wear
Please avoid returning items in bulky original packaging. Use thinner packaging to minimize shipping charges.
Lost Your Receipt?
No problem. You can visit our “Receipts and Other Proof of Transaction” page or simply provide your order number as proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the PayPal ID you provide in your email. If you paid with a credit card, please still include your PayPal ID for the refund.
It takes 10–14 business days to process a refund after receiving your request.
We Do Not Accept Returns If:
- You changed your mind
- You found the item cheaper or better elsewhere
- You were aware of a fault before purchase
- You misused or damaged the item
